Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist position requires a compassionate and motivated individual who is dedicated to providing high-quality rehabilitation services. Our comprehensive outpatient orthopedic physical therapy company, with multiple facilities in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, is seeking a forward-thinking Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patients' strengths and weaknesses, develop effective treatment plans, and create a positive and supportive environment to encourage patients to achieve their goals. This role also involves examining, implementing, and executing treatment plans on a daily basis, as well as maintaining patient confidentiality and practicing discretion.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree required, Doctorate degree preferred
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in
- Completed state regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR License
- Experience/knowledge with an EMR software is preferred
- Excellent oral, written communication
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Basic computer skills
- Works as a team member and individually with minimal supervision
- Maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times
What You'll Do:
- Collect and record patient care data while following format and guidelines of the patient care service
- Prepare for the evaluation, select and administer tests and measures, and establish a treatment plan based on evaluation results
- Provide education/training to patient and/or patient support system
- Responsible for treatment, plan of care, exercise prescription for patient caseload
- Provide interventions to patients that are safe, effective, and in compliance with company standards
- Oversee support staff and attend professional development opportunities
