Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent effective clinical oversight
- Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
- Manage the skilled nursing unit
- As a member of the management team ensure staff compliance with resident care
- Ensure State and Federal regulatory compliance
- Must have strong management skills
- Must have prior nurse management experience
- Must have RN license
- Must have Long Term Care experience
