Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of comprehensive maintenance programs for an array of refrigeration systems, ensuring they meet industry standards.
- Expertly identify and resolve complex issues in both centralized refrigeration racks and individual unit systems, focusing on sustainability and efficiency.
- Craft and execute innovative solutions for system installations, including designing and implementing piping and support structures.
- Harness advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies to enhance the accuracy of repair and maintenance activities.
- Proactively manage service documentation, maintaining precise records of all maintenance, repair activities, and customer interactions.
- Ensure the maintenance of a fully equipped service vehicle, ready for any challenge, adhering to safety and organizational standards.
- Cultivate lasting customer relations by delivering unparalleled service and expertise, and effectively communicating complex technical matters in a straightforward manner.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for candidates holding a Technical School Certification in HVAC-R.
- A proven track record of at least 5 years in the field, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
- Advanced understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and the principles of electricity.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the safe handling of refrigerants and adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- An Associate's degree or certification in HVAC-R from a reputable Technical School.
