Compensation: $25.72 - $32.16 / hour
The CDL A Delivery Driver is responsible to assist DC management in efficiently carrying out warehouse operations that include but are not limited to order fulfillment, receiving and stock of materials, customer deliveries, warehouse organization, and inventory maintenance.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Deliver goods to customer specified sites utilizing company transport vehicles as needed
- Confirm delivery information with the customer before the delivery leaves the warehouse
- Physically load and unload goods at each site in a safe and secure manner utilizing provided equipment if available
- Ensure loads are properly secured prior to transport
- As requested by DC management pick-up goods from suppliers
- Unload and receive stock replenishment materials into warehouse
- Put away received goods according to company receiving policies
- Note any damaged goods in the receiving process and notify
- Ensure clear and safe passage in all warehouse aisles and loading docks
- Report all unsafe storage and equipment issues to DC management immediately
- Assist in order entry, if needed, via computer sales order program
- Pull materials to fill orders via a pick ticket in an organized fashion
- Perform multiple quality control checks to ensure accuracy of shipped goods
- Assist in conducting physical inventories and cycle counting
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure a clean and safe environment in regards to all working conditions
- Observe all safety guidelines including but not limited to DOT, OSHA, and company policies and regulations
- Participate in all safety training and maintain required safety certifications

- Operate material handling equipment including a forklift, pallet jack, and shrink wrapper
- Identify product numbers and alpha/numeric codes
- Must meet physical requirements of the position
- Use/learn computer order entry and inventory systems
- Achieve set goals in a timely manner
- Maintain CDL Class A Drivers License
- Train others
- High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience
- 1+ years' experience in warehouse facility preferred
- 2-4+ years' experience operating a commercial vehicle including a straight box truck preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Licensures and Other Requirements
- Must meet all DOT, State and/or Legal requirements that pertain to this position
