The LPN provides end-of-life nursing care to patients in the inpatient setting, within scope of practice and under the direction of the registered nurse. Requirements
Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing, current LPN licensure (or eligibility) in Ohio and Kentucky. At least one year of experience in a patient care position in a hospital, nursing home, or related health care facility preferred.
Personal qualities of empathy, responsibility, and dependability. Must demonstrate effective communication skills with patients, team members and family members.
