Looking for a part time day porter to come in Monday - Friday for 4 - 5 hours to help with light cleaning, restocking office supplies, restocking drinks/snacks, restocking inventory for the office, greeting guests, resetting meeting rooms, etc. You would NOT need to provide any chemical or equipment. We definitely need someone very sharp, presentable (no visible tattoos or crazy piercings), well spoken and good at taking direction.

We are looking for a Cleaning Technician who takes pride in their work, is detail-oriented, and is able to work independently.

Job Duties:
  • Sweep or Vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors
  • Dust work surfaces, furniture and other horizontal and vertical surfaces
  • Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls
  • Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap
  • Clean entrance glass and other interior glass
  • Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners
  • Work effectively with other team members
  • Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures - including safety, door lock, time & attendance and uniform policies
Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable Transportation
