What is this role?

As an Inventory Control Specialist for Cirkul you will be responsible for conducting regular counts of various inventoried materials based on established schedule and operational needs. Processes will include counting, reporting, analyzing, and troubleshooting inventory variances.

What does an average day look like?
  • Driving Results: Conduct cycle counts of scheduled parts and provide location coverage as needed
  • Taking Ownership: Maximize efficiency and productivity of their shift by ensuring work instructions are being followed at all times
  • Making Decisions: Report inventory counts and troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and Reconcile ERP inventory reports
  • Cultivating Relationships: Work with production team to consolidate in process inventory and discrepancies
  • Instilling Trust: Assist with Receiving & Warehouse teams to reconcile and track incoming materials
  • Customer Focus: Drive and manage accountability for following policies, procedures, and standards
What background should you have?
  • 2+ years in manufacturing (all operation fields-supply chain, production, clerks, quality, etc)
  • Inventory control experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in ERP system transactions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
  • Ability to understand complex processes
  • Written and Verbal Communication skills must be a strength
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a high growth environment
  • Time management skill
