Job Description:
The MarTech Content Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Marketing Technology team. This individual will be assisting with all content creation and enhancements for the organization's webpages to enhance the digital guest experience. This individual will also partner closely with the Brand team and support various promotion and campaign initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains all content creation and enhancement updates through RaceTrac's content management system (CMS).
- Partners with Brand Marketing to identify appropriate content for the webpages to ensure the channel is optimized to the fullest potential.
- Ensures RaceTrac is able to effectively communicate campaign information within the website.
- Aligns with Digital Guest Experience (DGX) team to bring the vision to life via CMS.
- Partners with MarTech Product Owners to identify webpage development needs.
- Responsible for the creation of webpages via CMS platform and pushes webpages to production once finalized.
- Establishes website content methodology, including standardizing cross-functional intake processes.
- Responsible for archiving webpages once promotions are concluded.
- Reports on website analytics and webpage performance.
- Reviews and updates news articles on RaceTrac webpage.
- Updates universal copy, images, and tiles.
- 0-1 year experience in marketing or related field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Experience using a Content Management System (CMS) preferred.
