Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued guests.
  • Gain extensive experience handling a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough and accurate courtesy inspections of vehicles.
  • Collaborate with your team to swiftly troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns.
  • Adhere to and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest concerns.
  • Work with fellow technicians to tackle issues, meet deadlines, and achieve excellent results.

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and dedication to providing outstanding service to guests.
  • Minimum of 5 years of automotive repair experience, including diagnostics and drivability issues.
  • Skilled in diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles.
  • Adaptable and focused on maintaining high guest satisfaction levels.
  • Proficient in handling diagnostics and drivability challenges.
  • ASE Master Technician certification with 10 years of experience is preferred.
  • Experience with European vehicles is a plus.
  • Able to work 50-60 hours per week with a strong work ethic.
  • Eager to learn new skills and processes as needed.
  • Ability to quickly master the use of factory scan tools.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of lifting and moving items over 100 pounds occasionally.
  • Able to work with tools on elevated vehicles.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces for vehicle repairs.
  • Dexterous enough to efficiently operate hand tools.
  • Required to stand and walk for most of the workday.
  • Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmissions.
  • Proficient in navigating a computer system.
