Join us as we strive to be the most skilled builder in America Job Summary As a Warehouse Coordinator at Sundt, you will be a pivotal figure responsible for a range of critical warehouse operations. Your role encompasses order fulfillment, receiving and shipping coordination, project assignment, and internal billing, ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Internal Billing: Manage internal billing processes, accurately tracking expenses and ensuring financial compliance. Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts, material buybacks, and physical inventory walks to maintain accurate inventory levels. Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks with the appropriate materials and equipment. Material Assessment: Assess incoming materials to determine their condition. Order Fulfillment: Efficiently fulfill orders, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of materials and equipment to construction projects. Project Assignment: Assign materials and equipment to specific construction projects according to project needs and schedules. Receiving and Shipping: Oversee the receiving of inbound materials and equipment and coordinate outbound shipments. Strategic Support: Actively participate in activities that align with the company's strategic planning efforts, contributing to its overall success. Warehouse Maintenance and Organization: Coordinate continuous maintenance and organization of the warehouse and yard to optimize space and functionality. Minimum Job Requirements Education: High school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred. Forklift Certification: Possess a valid forklift certification or be capable of obtaining one within 90 days of employment. Proficiency: Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs to manage data and communication effectively. Warehouse Experience: A minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience, demonstrating your extensive knowledge and competence in warehouse operations. Physical Requirements Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.) May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis May use telephone, computer system, email, or other electronic devices on a limited basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures Occasionally will climb stairs, ladders, etc. Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis Will interact with people frequently during a shift/work day Will lift, push or pull objects on an occasional basis Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift/work day.
