We are currently seeking an individual to join the team in our health and fitness club as an Exercise Professional. In this role, you will help aging adults at varying levels of physical ability achieve their health and fitness goals. You will have the unique opportunity every day to energize and motivate club members - the opportunity to be an ally, a friend, and a giver.

Club membership is open to Touchmark residents and team members, as well as adults in the greater community age 50 and over, and members enjoy a wide range of activities and classes that can positively affect age-related conditions and encourage lifelong health and wellness. All programs are tailored to individual levels of ability, skill, and personal fitness goals. A long list of amenities is offered, including an indoor heated pool, a group exercise studio, one-on-one personal training, a fully equipped fitness studio, massage therapy, and a NeuroCom Balance Master system.

Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree in exercise science, experience or certification
  • A genuine interest in working with adults (age 50+) to help them achieve their physical fitness goals
