Company Story

Delivering clinical excellence for over 25 years.

Therapy SPOT is part of Advance Rehabilitation Management Group, a therapist-owned company, providing exceptional rehabilitation services since 1998. Our therapists utilize AI-assisted documentation to minimize the administrative burden of note writing, enabling them to focus more on patient care and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

We work together.

We have a strong, collaborative multidisciplinary team of therapy professionals committed to working together. If you are searching for a fantastic team to join and develop your clinical skills with, we would love to support you. Clinicians should work in an environment where they feel valued, heard, and equipped to grow in their careers.

Our patients are what drives us.

We treat each patient as we would want ourselves and our families to be treated. We are committed to providing the most personalized and skilled physical therapy service possible in a warm and friendly environment.

Job Overview & Work Site

What we treat.

Our patient population primarily consists of pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions. We carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative orthopedic caseload with a great mix of sport-specific rehab, joint and spine management. In addition to our outpatient orthopedic focus, we are a premier treatment provider for pediatric and adult patients with developmental, neurologic, vestibular, and balance conditions.

How we do it.

We continue to evaluate and treat primarily one-on-one and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available. We work with a cohesive, dedicated group of physical, occupational, and speech therapists, allowing each patient to receive all the needed services in one location. Session lengths are tailored to the patient's needs, ranging from 30 to 75 minutes.

We come alongside our therapists during their professional growth journey, offering specialty certifications and individualized professional development. We have mentorship opportunities available for all interested applicants.
