Join our team and make a difference in the lives of those who need it most. As a Hospice Care RN, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate care to patients and support to their families. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison between physicians, patients, and the hospice team, providing direct patient care services, empowering patient caregivers, and maintaining patient clinical records. Compassion, flexibility, and a current RN license are required. Previous experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology is preferred.
