We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to conduct medical assessments for United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits evaluation. This role is crucial in ensuring Veterans receive the support they deserve.

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will:

  • Review medical records electronically via our secure web portal.
  • Perform focused, in-person physical examinations on Veterans.
  • Document your findings electronically as required by the VA.

Please note that disability determinations are handled exclusively by the United States Veterans Administration; your role is solely to perform assessments.

The position focuses on conducting assessments for 3 to 5 Veterans daily, ensuring meaningful interactions and thorough evaluations.

Schedule: Full-Time (8am-4pm)

This is an IN-PERSON position, allowing you to connect directly with the Veteran community.

Key Attributes:

  • A commitment to conducting Independent Medical Assessments.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret medical data and assessment results.
  • Exceptional time management skills to efficiently meet daily responsibilities.
  • A current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license is mandatory.
  • Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.
