The Network Analyst, reporting to the Manager of Network & Telecom, will be responsible for successful deployment of network equipment at our client's locations across North America. This role will collaborate with various business units and regions to ensure seamless installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting of network equipment. The position requires strong collaboration across IT teams, working with multiple technologies to build positive relationships and advance the IT vision and roadmap.
What you will do:
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful deployment of Meraki and Ubiquiti network equipment to locations across North America.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot the installation of network equipment.
• Adapt to changing situations to minimize business impact and ensure network reliability.
• Provide technical support and assistance to project teams and end-users as needed.
• Maintain and update network equipment inventory and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
What you will bring:
• Strong understanding of network technologies
• Experience working with telecom vendors to provision new services and/or devices.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools to identify and address network issues.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate field services technicians and end user requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve network issues.
• Maintain accurate records of network configurations and inventory of network equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
This person will be the support for field techs who are doing the upgrades. Need to have someone who has great communication and can be professional. Juggle multiple tasks at once.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00
