Job Title: PCU RN (Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse) - 13 Week Contract

Location: Roanoke Rapids, NC

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Pay Rate: $2506/Week (Travelers ONLY)

Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week

Start Date: November 25th, 2024, or ASAP

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse (PCU RN) for a 13-week contract at our facility in Roanoke Rapids, NC. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in our progressive care unit, working 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess patients’ conditions

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

  • Provide patient and family education and support

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in good standing

  • Minimum of 2 years of PCU experience

  • BLS and ACLS certifications

  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills

  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
