Vighter is recruiting multiple Registered Nurses (RN) from ICU/PCU/Critical Care and Stepdown specialties to provide patient care support at the Regency Hospital of South Carolina, located at 805 Pamplico Highway, 2nd and 3rd Floors - South Tower, Florence, SC 29505. The medical facility is rated as a complex medical facility, therefore provides surgical care to a wide variety of patients, both locally and from surrounding states. Nurse Team Lead / Nurse Manager
Principle Accountabilities:

Conduct medical screenings and assist with patient care.

Refer patients , as needed, to hospital or medical specialists.

Maintain the case files and database in accordance with established policies and procedures.
