Pay Rate: $15.50/hr | Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:00 am
As a Production Worker, you'll be responsible for various tasks critical to the manufacturing process. This includes hand-assembling product parts with precision and accuracy, utilizing power tools for cutting, drilling, and attaching parts, and ensuring that all assembled products meet quality standards through meticulous inspection. Additionally, you'll play a key role in maintaining a clean and safe workstation, addressing any equipment issues that may arise, and ensuring a smooth production flow. Finally, you'll be involved in packing and preparing products for shipment, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the manufacturing operation.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 6+ months of manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency with handheld power tools.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
