Job Summary: Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functioning. Provide individual, family, couple, and group therapy. Participate in program planning with the psychiatry team.
- Evaluate biopsychosocial needs of patients and develop treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy and case management
- Engage in individual, family, couple, and group therapy
- Collaborate with outpatient and inpatient teams for triage evaluation and crisis intervention
Position Details: This role is for a new program to assist patients with behavioral health crisis to avoid inpatient psychiatric admissions.
- Hours: Evenings 3 PM-11:30 PM
- Required experience: LCSW License & MSW
- Preferred experience: Behavioral Health Assessment and Therapy
Education: Master's Degree in Social Work (Required)
Certification(s) and License(s): Licensed Clinical Social Worker
