Direct patient care and services are provided to neo-natal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients. This position requires working rotational shifts: day, evening, nights, weekends, and Holidays. The position provides the opportunity for career advancement through tier levels of Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist as determined by pharmacy experience. ** Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start. ** REQUIRED: Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education. Must have a current valid and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in a State or Territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia and have a current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. A minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Registered Pharmacist

A minimum of one (1) year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.ORIENTATION: Every two (2) weeks only. COVID EXEMPTIONS: We do not accept religious exemptions.
