Locums - Paducah, Kentucky, Interventional Cardiology Opening (IMLC Accepted)
  • Clinical Role:

    • Starting July 2024
    • 3-7 days/month
    • Shift: 24 hour on-call shifts (7am-7am)
    • Practice Setting: Inpatient/EMTALA Call
    • Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: No ambulatory work
    • Number of Interventional Cardiologists in Group: 2
    • Will Other Interventional Cardiologists be Present During our Locum's Coverage? Yes
    • Patient Age Demographic: Adult patient population
    • Documentation System/EMR: Epic
    • Required Procedures:
      • Balloon Angioplasties
      • Coronary Angioplasty
      • Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)
      • Heart Catheterization
      • Coronary Angiograms
    • General Cardiology Responsibilities:
      • Expected to respond to ALL cardiology calls for the hospital
      • General Cardiology consults as needed
    • Board Certified - Required
    • Active KY License & DEA - Required; willing to consider IMLC if provider has 3-7 days/month availability
    • ACLS - Required
    • COVID Vaccine - Preferred
