Summary:
Looking for a candidate to help support the definition and build of Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Indicators for the Global Security & Privacy Program, metrics that are standard in similar industry privacy programs.

Responsible for supporting the following:
  • Define the strategy for creating the Continuous Risk Monitoring Program (CRM), which would detail the approach for developing Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and how they will be used and reported
  • Work with process owners to define KPIs, to measure process operational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Work with process owners to define KRIs in order to measure how effectively processes are mitigating privacy risk
  • Work with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to build metrics and dashboards of the KPIs and KRIs that are defined with process owners
  • Develop leadership reporting (e.g., weekly reporting on roadmap key results) on the operational performance and privacy risk landscape based on KPIs and KRIs
