Join Our Team as a Skilled Production Associate/Assembler
We are looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a hands-on manufacturing environment. If you have at least 3 years of manufacturing experience, you could earn a $4,000 sign-on bonus
Details:
- Shift Hours: 4:00 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday through Friday + every other Saturday (8 hours)
- Pay: $21.75 per hour and up, depending on experience (includes a $2.50/hour shift differential)

What You Will Do:
- Assemble and build a variety of components as well as complete truck bodies
- Read and interpret technical orders, blueprints, and safety labels
- Cut wood or metal to specified dimensions using various tools
- Fasten components using bolts, screws, and fasteners
- Operate hand and pneumatic tools safely
- Perform machine setup and preventative maintenance as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Adhere to all safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic math skills, ability to measure with tape, and basic computer skills
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Able to read and interpret blueprints
- Construction experience is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- This role involves working in a manufacturing plant environment. You will be required to talk and hear, stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 35 pounds regularly. You may also need to sit, bend, squat, reach overhead, and perform repetitive tasks with your hands. Ability to climb ladders or work at heights is necessary.
