iSphere is seeking an experienced IT Manager for a full-time opportunity to join our growing client's manufacturing company located in the beautiful city of Allenton, Missouri. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, you will lead IT operations for our state-of-the-art facility.

You Will:
- Strategically guide our technology roadmap and infrastructure
- Oversee our ERP, data center, network, systems, and more
- Lead an IT team focused on security, efficiency and supporting users
- Translate complex concepts for non-technical colleagues
- Champion innovative solutions that drive results

We Require:
- 7+ years in IT operations and infrastructure leadership
- Budget and contract management expertise
- Infor XA/IBM iSeries experience ideal
- Success managing full lifecycle IT projects
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills
