License: Active Arizona Pharmacy License
Certifications: ACLS preferred
Must-Have: Experience with Vanco AUC dosing

Job Description:

- Work in a decentralized pharmacy role.
- Cover various areas and attend codes as needed.
- Seek candidates who excel in IV and compounding pharmacy tasks.
- Engage with and utilize the EMR systems: EPIC, Lexicomp, Baxter IQ.
- Work collaboratively under a clinical manager who is present 5 days a week.
- Coordinate and oversee the role of Pharmacy Technicians.
- Fulfill shift requirements primarily focused on evening needs: 7:00 am to 5:30 pm or 11:30 am to 10:00 pm on a 7 on 7 off schedule.
- Weekend work required every other weekend or once per month preferred.
- Holiday requirements include working 2 out of 3 holidays.
- Utilize medication dispensing systems such as Omnicell, Central pharmacy robot, carousel, and Omnicell XT cabinets, including the Omnicell Controlled Substance cabinet.
- Dress code includes business casual with a white coat or khaki scrubs.
- Participate in orientation sessions, including a New Employee Orientation (NEO), clinical education, and EPIC training.
- Relocation assistance and 3 months of paid housing are available for those relocating.
