Aerospace company in Poway hiring Deburr Operator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Deburr Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate a variety of automated, semi-automated, and manual equipment or tools to remove burrs, create countersinks on holes, produce a line-grain finish, tap holes, metal stamp parts, tumble, and sandblast parts according to customer specifications, engineering drawings, and workmanship standards. You will review documentation to identify job requirements and verify that all prior operations have been properly completed. This role also involves performing simple and basic set-ups, using appropriate tools or equipment to obtain required results, obtaining first-piece approval prior to completing successive parts, monitoring the quality of work continually, investigating and resolving problems within the area or process, transacting the ‘start’ and ‘stop’ of labor in the production computer system, and accurately completing all production documentation and related paperwork. Additionally, you will perform assigned preventive maintenance on machines and equipment as scheduled or directed.
