Atlantic Health System is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual, to join the energetic and innovative team of healthcare professionals as a Full Time Physical Therapist in their Atlantic Visiting Nurse Division to work 8AM-4PM including weekends every four to six weeks, in the Morris County Area. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients in the patient's home and be a part of a collaborative team of health providers. Atlantic Visiting Nurse provides personalized care for you or a loved one to regain health, stay out of the hospital, and remain living independently at home. Whether or not it is managing life with a chronic illness, living with a disability, returning home from the hospital or rehabilitation facility, or need assistance with end-of-life care, we are available to you in six counties throughout New Jersey: Morris, Somerset, Essex, Sussex, Union, and Warren. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients in their homes Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED, required Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, required Master or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred License/Certification: NJ License in Physical Therapy BLS, preferred At Atlantic Health System, our promise to our communities is that anyone who enters anyone of our facilities, receive the highest quality care delivered at the right time, at the right place, and at the right cost.
