What You¿¿¿ll Contribute
  • Lead and organize marketing projects beginning to end, from requirements definition through deployment. Identify schedules, scope, implementation, and maintenance plans.
  • Maintain effective communication within project team as well as keeping stakeholders up to date. This includes clearly communicating expectations and due dates, tracking results, and providing overall progress.
  • nalyze and manage risk. Adapt scope, timelines, and resources as needed, come up with proposed solutions if need to pivot. Report out to appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Monitor progress and status of projects, adjust as needed.

  • Establish and manage any reporting associated with project, including ongoing reporting to monitor any process deployed out of the project.
  • Construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate results across team and to stakeholders.
  • Lead projects within and across all Marketing functions including Operations, Digital Team, Content Management, and Demand Generation.
  • Coordination in projects and ongoing processes across multiple teams, including setup, tracking and logistics scheduling as part of Marketing Events and Content Management audits.

What We¿¿¿re Seeking
  • 3+ years of experience in project management
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Asana project management software
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Demonstrable ability to elicit the co-operation of others. Proven success working with all levels of management, stakeholders and across functions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Includes strong presentation skills
  • Excellent customer facing skills. Organized and detail oriented
  • bility to manage multiple projects effectively, prioritize and execute tasks within and across projects
  • Capable of applying critical thinking to project situations, and making judgment calls to establish direction for resolution, oversee the resolution plan, and confidently communicate impacts to project stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Flexible and a Self-Starter ¿¿¿ Proven ability to solve problems creatively, take action without being asked. Open to changing focus depending on priorities
  • Proven ability to negotiate scope creep, milestones, and expectations with limited business impact.
  • Microsoft Suite ¿¿¿ Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Proven analytical skills, using data analysis to form conclusions, ability to summarize and report out on findings including proposed direction based on results
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools (primarily Asana), methodologies, and best practices
  • PMP certification is preferred
