We are looking to build our team and hire a Leasing Consultant to tour the property with potential residents, assist current residents and bring a happy positive energy to the community. Specific responsibilities include: Lease and pre-lease units Tours of property in all weather Assist current residents with leases, maintenance or questions Ensure model apartments are ready for the show daily Help maintain a neat office/clubhouse- vacuum, clean windows etc. Assist with retention, resident parties, and renewals Emails, phone calls and keeping detailed track of information What You Bring: High School diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of leasing or sales experience preferred Affordable Housing Experience Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Suite Valid Driver's License Customer Service Experience preferred.
