Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Materials Inspector (Inventory Coordinator) to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our microelectronic piece parts meet the highest standards and are available for assembly builds. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect Materials: Screen, visually inspect, measure, and count microelectronic piece parts including die and wafer, caps, bases, lead frames, and various other components for assembly build.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform inspection responsibilities following Military and Jedec standards using high and low power microscopes.
  • Adhere to Specifications: Follow defined specifications and reaction paths meticulously.
  • Manual Processing: Use multiple hand tools to manually process delicate products without damaging components.
  • Inventory Management: Stock and issue materials for assembly build, ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Training: Train employees on specifications and processes used in the area.
  • Organized Workspace: Maintain well-organized and audit-ready work areas.
  • Data Entry: Utilize computer-based manufacturing systems to move products and enter data accurately.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Experience with inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Basic skills involving counting many parts and other materials.
    • Strong attention to detail for part numbers, quantities, and lot numbers.
    • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
    • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Attributes:
    • Adaptive to change, with the ability to shift priorities quickly.
    • Capable of multitasking and handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
