Mandatory licenses and Certifications All Required prior to start date

Assignment Information: DHS/LAC County- Harbor UCLA Medical Center is currently in need of Licensed Vocational
Nurses with a minimum of one (1) year of inpatient Medical Surgical experience responsible for providing care to ambulatory
and non-ambulatory newborns to adolescent/adults of all ages patients suffering from various short-term acute medical to
chronic long-term illnesses and infectious diseases. The N-24 Multi-Specialty Clinic is a fast paced, multi-provider specialty
clinic with patient acuity range from the acutely ill requiring immediate care to the chronically ill requiring long-term follow
up. Preferences include Spanish speaking and experience with immunizations.
Required certifications include active Licensed Vocational Nurse license, AHA BLS, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life
Safety card (must be LA City), and proof of full COVID and seasonal Flu Vaccinations. LVN will float within the assigned
Facility; and/or from a Facility to another Facility as needed; and/or be scheduled to a Workweek assignment between
Facilities as needed.
