Description of the Organization:
Entitlements Technology: Leader is Leon (Sr. Director), and Suresh reports to directly to him. Leon has 7 teams under him which 2 are led by Suresh.
If a bank customer, how do you manage everything? Mobile or Wed. Moment you log in to the UI, it validates the customer, and once validated, land on a landing page (see all accounts), just before that happens UI makes a call to API to get the account information, but it is intercepted by his technology, his technology knows where all the accounts (CC, bank, loan, etc.), and the API will have policies designed, such as has not make a payment in a few months. Policy based organization and develop all the rules.
-5 core applications - manages 3 out of the 5. One of them is enforcing the policies
-20,000 transactions per second, high volume, so if the system is down for any amount of time, it can be an issue. Must be reliable and scalable & real-time failover and resiliency.
