FTE: .50 - 1.0 Shift: Days Schedule: 2-4 days M-F

Annual Salary: $139,650 (1.0 Care Team)
  • Candidates with at least two years' experience required.

Requirements
  • Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment
  • DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
