Position - Electrical Assembler

Job Location - Milwaukee, WI

Starting Date - Immediate

Employment Term - Temp to Hire

Employment Type - Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) - 2nd shift 1p-9p

Starting Pay - $16-$18 Depends on Experience

Required Education - High School Diploma/GED, Associate/technical Degree preferred

Required Experience - At least 3+ years of experience

Immediate Opportunity for an EXPERIENCED Electrical Assembler with soldering, crimping and kitting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Read, learn, understand and interpret blueprints and work instructions, and other instructions written or verbal, to complete assembly of products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards.
  • Read, understand and interpret more complex ruler measurements.
  • Advanced soldering and crimping skills.
  • Ability to identify and pick out various sizes of wire for production.
  • Knowledge of crimping machine and changing of dies in bench top crimper.
  • Knowledge of kitting-bagging to prepare product for shipment.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools following appropriate methods and procedures to complete assembly of components or products and prepare products and other items for shipment.
  • Assemble or modify electronic equipment, position, align and adjust work pieces and electronic parts to facilitate wiring assembly.
