  • Pricing: our independent auto shops provide flexible pricing, selling about 50% of recommended customer pay work-far surpassing dealerships averaging only 10%-allowing us to inspect fewer cars and maximize earnings.
  • Balanced Work Load: with a dedicated manager who prioritizes your success over corporate dealer bonuses, we eliminate conflicts and unequal distribution of work.
Compensation Range: $40 - $60 per flat rate hour
