Job Description
Develop lessons for identified students with Autism, case manage these students and track their progress in general education and special education classes. Provide information to parents, attend IEP meetings, and maintain all required paperwork in a timely fashion. Work collaboratively or personally to meet the needs of the student. Complete any additional activities or responsibilities regarding this group as assigned by the superintendent or director of special education, including trainings, observations, etc., to better serve Autism students assigned to your caseload/school.

Qualifications
Teaching certification requried.
Autism certification required or eligible for a permit.
Teaching assignment at the assigned school preferred.

Terms of Employment
Average 45 minutes per week minimum contract time required.
2024-2025 School Year

Compensation
Extracurricular Contract - $1,200.00, plus increment based on caseload.
