Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-Provide direction and guidance to IT desktop support staff in problem diagnosis for desktop, hand-held, and mobile equipment. This includes associated peripherals, operating system software, and related desktop software.

-Serve as a technical resource to Information Technology Support Staff on desktop software and hardware problems or client requests.

-Act as endpoint application administrator. This includes the administration, deployment and support of various applications and endpoints utilizing SCCM, Intune, and EDR.

-Assist with the installation of personal computers, scanners, printers, and any other desktop or mobile computing equipment or software.

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level

Must have a minimum of a 2 year degree.
