Job Summary : We are seeking a part time Occupational Therapist (OT) in clinic in Brentwood,CA for school based assignments.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies
Write clinical SOAP notes
Provide direct therapy and assessment services to children in school based and clinic settings
Collaborate with team members, including teachers and other specialists
Maintain thorough and accurate assessment and therapy related documentation
Performs other related duties assigned by management
Participate in continuing education training
Qualifications:
Valid state license or certification of CA Occupational Therapy (OT) License
Master’s Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
Strong knowledge of Occupational Therapy principles and practices
Highly developed interpersonal and technical skills for team collaboration establishing therapeutic rapport in a child centered environment
Fingerprint background Clearance
Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
