Commercial Title Examiner Needed

LHH has a client located out of Largo, FL who needs a Commercial Title Examiner on a contract opportunity

Job Summary:

Embark on title examination adventures, from simple parcels to complex commercial properties.

• Analyze a wide array of records, including mortgages, leases, liens, and more

• Play detective to resolve missing or contradictory information in title documentation

• Craft accurate title commitments and reports that stand up to scrutiny

• Leverage your expertise to provide underwriting interpretations

• Utilize cutting-edge online research tools to stay ahead of the game

Requirements:

3-5+ years of Florida Commercial Title Examiner experience (this is crucial)

• A superhuman ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• An eagle eye for detail and a passion for quality

• Sherlock Holmes-level analytical and problem-solving skills

• Top-notch communication skills - you'll be collaborating with a global team

• Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific software (Adobe Acrobat, DataTree & Trace, etc.)

• A dedicated home office space with high-speed internet for our secure VPN

• Flexibility to work overtime when needed (it's rare, but it happens)

Education: Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent

Title: Commercial Title Examiner

Location: Largo, FL (onsite)

Pay: $30/hour

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm. EST Monday through Friday.

Type: Contract (Extension possible based on business need)
