Join our LA Team: Senior Project Manager Position Available
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Construction Project Manager, who is a true entrepreneur and also has the ambition to help drive business in the San Diego Market for our LA team. As a Senior Project Manager for STRUCTURAL you will be responsible for managing complex construction projects that make our nation's structures stronger and last longer.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil / Structural Engineering or related field of study
- 10-17 years of relevant experience within the industrial construction and / or restoration industry
- Candidates must exhibit strong leadership, mentorship and supervision to Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.
- Demonstrated capability to successfully manage/negotiate construction projects up to roughly $5 Million - $15 Million in contract value.
- Strong understanding of project financials including projections, P&L, production rates, etc.
- Demonstrating dedication to safety and quality control on all projects.
- Previous experience managing projects that include structural concrete repair, waterproofing, concrete strengthening, and/or industrial maintenance projects are plus.
- Travel potential may be applicable if interested
***Salary range: $130K - 165K (commensurate upon experience)***
