Essential Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing the models and inventory homes.
- Welcoming potential buyers, building rapport, and providing them with excellent service.
- Demonstrating model and inventory homes, including features and benefits.
- Gathering details and taking diligent notes for the on-site sales team about buyers` likes, dislikes, wishes, and timeframe for their new dream home.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers
- 1+ years` experience in high-end sales/customer service.
