  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Successful completion of Central Sterile Supply Technician Program
  • Prior experience performing the tasks of an Endoscopy Technician
  • Certified Endoscope Reprocessor
  • Certification from the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM).
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
  • Demonstrated ability to do arithmetic.
  • Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing


Job Description

The Endoscopy Technician is responsible for the preparation, processing, maintenance, inventory of endoscopes and accessory equipment in the Endoscopy Unit; assists in the performance of all procedures in the Endoscopy Unit.
