What You'll Do:
  • Verify the accuracy of all incoming deliveries
  • Efficiently direct all incoming products to its proper storage location
  • Ensure all incoming product is rotated behind existing product
  • Practice safe operating procedures of all equipment, utensils and machinery
  • Utilize safety training in lifting, carrying, hazardous material control, chemical control, first aid and CPR
  • Ability to work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner
  • Confirm all food and beverage invoices have a corresponding PO number
  • Enter all deliveries into the receiving log
  • Enter all invoices into inventory system
  • Follow up with vendors regarding credits for missing or damaged merchandise
  • Follow up with vendors regarding missing invoice copies
  • Communicate any potential problems with Controller and assist in providing solutions
  • Maintain Shrink Log and report daily on whether logs were received
  • Enter Shrink into inventory system
  • Additional duties as assigned
About You:
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate as needed with customers , superiors, and peers
  • Ability to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentation
  • Ability to move or handle product and supplies throughout the store
  • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
