As an Echo/Vascular Tech, at Eastern New Mexico, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best- providing quality care to our patients. Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in echo and vascular ultrasound required.
  • BLS Required.
  • Current New Mexico State License for Sonographer required.
  • Graduate of an approved school of ultrasonography in echocardiography or non-invasive vascular ultrasound imaging.
  • Is either registered or registry eligible through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
      • CCI Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS)
            • -AND-
      • CCI Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
    • -OR-
      • ARDMS Registry/Certificate in Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)
            • -AND-
      • ARDMS Registry/Certificate in Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
About the Job:
  • Performs diagnostic echocardiographic and vascular ultrasound procedures as prescribed by physicians under the direction of a Cardiologist and/or Vascular Surgeon.
