POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Manager will be responsible for directing the daily operation of the Farm's Office and Administrative operations. Organizing and coordinating the administration duties and procedures ensuring a high level of effectiveness and results. Provide administrative support to the Director of Farming, Assistant Farm Manager Harvest Manager, and at the local and company level.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
• Be the point of contact for all customer accounts and internal operations.
• Maintenance of appropriate operational records as required by state and federal authorities.
• Ensure that Cloudscape and NXXT are updated in real time.
• Must be readily available and prepared for constant changes that develop form rerouting, change orders, equipment breakdowns and inclement weather at both the Farm and delivery sites.
• Support and coordinates accounting related matters (receivables and payables) with the Corporate Accounting Department.
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain the office and office equipment condition and arrange necessary repairs or purchases.
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware, and travel arrangements)
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.

- Minimum - 5 years of Office Management for Farm Operations
- Minimum - Associates Degree (work experience taken into consideration if education requirement is not met)
- Bilingual is Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Intermediate or higher level of Microsoft Office knowledge: Word, Excel, Power Point, TEAMS, Outlook, etc.
- Intermediate or higher level of knowledge in computer software (ERP systems)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor inquiries.
- Excellent management skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and problem solving.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
