At this time, we are looking for Brand Ambassadors and Production Assistants who have availability Sunday, September 15 - Thursday, September 19, 2024. Hours vary by day, but anticipated shift times will fall between 7 am - 11 pm. The roles we are looking to fill for this event are general assistance/runners, event setup and tear down, registration, shuttle loading, and concierge desk management. Priority screening and booking will be given to those who have full or mostly full availability

As a RED VELVET contractor, you are seen as an extension of our internal team and will be representing us and our clients while on site.

While the actual scope of work varies project by project, see below for what our contractors can expect to be doing while on site:

EVENT ONSITE ASSISTANCE
  • Assist Lead Producer with general onsite production including, but not limited to ensuring vendors are performing contracted services, maintaining the Run of Show timeline so the event stays on track, managing an activation station, handing out swag or other promotional items, working event registration or check-in, entertainment runner, identifying issues and needs as they pop up and promptly addressing, general floater to answer guest questions or concerns, encourage engagement, crowd direction, etc.
EVENT SET UP & TEAR DOWN
  • Assist Lead Producer with general event set up and/or tear down including, but not limited to loading dock oversight, registration setup, centerpiece and linen placements, entertainment stations, promotional item inventory, light assembly needs, chair and table placements, etc.
  • Installation of banners or other event signage
  • This position requires help with physical tasks, such as carrying boxes, moving tables, etc.
  • Assist with other set up/tear down duties as needed
