Pharmacy Technician

Role: Tech II Pharmacy
Business Function: Edgepark Medical Pharmacy
Pay rate: (USD)19 /hour - (USD)21/hour
*Looking for technicians who are currently Certified.
Location of Assignment (address) or Remote work: 1810 Summit Commerce Park Twinsburg, OH (employee must have transportation and availability to work on site for this role; this is not a remote work assignment)
Shift: 9-5:30pm M-F
Objective: Delivery of prescription medical devices; prepare and repackage devices accurately; maintain in-date inventory; order entry and billing of insurance for devices; strong communication /professional demeanor with team members, cross functionally within the business and with outside vendors.
What is expected of you and others at this level • Applies basic skills and techniques to complete routine tasks within assigned area • Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications • Works on basic and routine assignments • Works within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures and/or scientific methods • Adheres to all quality guidelines • Works under close supervision. All work is reviewed for accuracy • Any deviations from the norm are approved by the supervisor before proceeding
Job Functions:
Fullfillment of prescription device products; shipping • Prescription order entry • Billing experience preferred • Inbound patient calls • Outbound physician calls
