- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
- Open to H-1B visa candidates
Job Description:
- Provide full-scope medical oncology and hematology care
- Approximately 20% inpatient and 80% outpatient work
- Split work of 30% in hematology and 70% in solid tumor cases
- Current outpatient patient census is around 25 patients per clinic; inpatient volume varies and averages 5-10 patients
- Work as part of a cohesive team with three full-time medical oncologists and one full-time hematologist
- Support staff includes a dedicated medical assistant and clinic RN as well as two inpatient NPs
- Academic affiliation potential with medical students and residents
- Participate in shared call schedule with a dedicated inpatient floor close to the cancer care center and clinic
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology including linear accelerators and other advanced equipment
- Contribute to an environment that ranks in the top 10% nationally for patient experience
- Enjoy a supportive workplace environment focused on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
- Use EPIC for electronic medical records management
- Not accepting locum candidates
