Summary
The Radiologic CT Technologist performs diagnostic and therapeutic CT procedures according to established protocols to assist the referring physician in diagnosis and treatment. This includes performing computed tomography (CT) procedures, selecting correct exposure factors, utilizing patient assessment, and assisting in complex invasive CT examinations. Accepting New Grads. Qualifications
- Education: Graduate from an accredited Radiography program
- Licensure, Certification, Registration: Connecticut state Radiographer license required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience: 6 months experience in Radiology hospital setting preferred. Working knowledge of CT Technology and venipuncture.
