Web and E-Commerce Manager

Summary:

We've partnered with a well-established manufacturing company in search of a Web and e-Commerce Manager In this role you'll plan and coordinate e-commerce webstores, review analytics, and design infographics and documents to support new and revised products. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with e-commerce site development and an understanding of KPI's. This role will operate onsite in Madison, full-time hours, and pay is $55,000+ per year based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop plans for new sites and customizations for existing stores
  • Work with web platform provider to test developments as they're staged and made live; provide feedback on navigation
  • Plan and prepare documentation for large-scale site updates
  • Execute and coordinate marketing campaigns including e-blasts, banner ads, social media outreach, etc.
  • Analyze data and recommend KPI's to advance marketing program objectives
  • Establish and create product imagery and work with design staff for specific photography needs
  • Develop instruction guides and documentation for products and websites
  • Save, organize, and maintain art files
  • Train employees on usage of e-commerce platform and provide guidance as needed when revisions are made
  • Assist with graphic production and general office duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree in Commercial Art, Graphics Design, Communications, or related; degree in Web Design or related e-commerce field preferred
  • 4+ years of experience with e-commerce site development and user experience
  • Understanding of analytics and KPI's
  • Skilled in use of SaaS web platforms; ability to adapt skills to customized SaaS e-commerce platform
  • Solid experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and MacOS
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers, visitors, and vendors
